Legislation to reauthorize Medicare Special Needs Plans (H.R. 3168)
Sponsored by Reps. Pat Tiberi (R-OH) and Sander Levin (D-MI)
Extends and strengthens Medicare Special Needs Plans (SNPs), one of several important programs in need of reauthorization before the end of the year

Clyde-Hirsch-Sowers RESPECT Act (H.R. 1843)
Sponsored by Reps. Peter Roskam (R-IL) and Joe Crowley (D-NY)
Protects small business owners from Internal Revenue Service (IRS) abuse and helps ensure their assets are not wrongly seized under civil asset forfeiture policies
